Throughout the course of the project, several deliverables may be created depending upon the project:
- Interview Guide (IG) - a high level set of questions that prep the interviewer and interviewee during Discovery
- Workbook (Google Doc)
- User Stories - requirements documented from the user viewpoint (includes priority and level of effort (LOE))
- Technical Specification
- Checklist
- Project Plan (Smartsheet) - + critical path, dependencies
- Design Document (DD)
- High level timeline including potential phases and sprints
- Process/To Be Flows - planned business process flows
- Gap Analysis - scope, timeline and budget gap analysis from Statement of Work (SOW)
- System Architecture (if necessary)
- Dataflow Diagram (if necessary)
- Wireframe (if necessary) - user experience spec that display functional element and flow of screens
- ERD (if necessary) - Entity Relationship Diagram
- Sprint Plan (Jira)
- Backlog (Jira)
- Test Plan - UAT Scripts
