Communication during the project is very important. During the project there will be important meetings and status reports which should keep everything on track.
DAILY - STANDUP MEETINGS
WEEKLY - STATUS REPORTS
Because our projects progress very quickly, you are encouraged and expected to attend daily "standup" meetings where progress, roadblocks, questions will be QUICKLY addressed.
DURATION: 15 minutes duration

Each week, your MondayCall team will send out a status report, with the following:
- Traffic Light for Budget, Scope, Timeline
- Completed, In Progress, Open Items
- Gaps (interactive assignment)
- Risks
- Roadblocks
- Outstanding Decisions
- Change Request Log
- Timeline
- Hour Consumption by week
- Upcoming Meetings

What We Need From You
But note, that a successful project requires the full and timely participation of all team-members (especially you, the customer). That means you must:
- provide information we need quickly and expediently
- make decisions efficiently, including the ones that require multiple constituents to agree
- prioritize - there will always be more that you want to do than you have budget for.
- invest in learning, and spending the time but also in understanding who owns the solution after project complete. A great place to start learning Salesforce is in their Trailhead online learning site.
